EVENT - Awards Ceremony

Tasked again to find the perfect hotel able to accommodate 480 people, with an overnight stay, for this ever growing Nationwide Company’s annual recognition awards ceremony.

The Birmingham Hilton Metropole ticked all the boxes for location, bedrooms, event spaces and forward growth. In previous years this event had been a simple late Christmas party but the client decided it was time to add a business element.

We worked closely with them from start to finish ensuring a smooth transition. Our production team provided a bespoke lighting and audio visual solution to work perfectly throughout the dinner, awards and after party.

The client’s main age group is mid 20’s to mid-30’s and they love to party so we brought in not one but two DJ’s, an extra-large dance floor and our production team created a spectacular lighting display.

We are delighted to be organising this event again for January 2019.
