As one of the largest conference hotels in Europe, we offer event space for up to 3,000 guests. We have an on-site A/V team, cutting-edge lighting technology, and dedicated check-in and registration space.
Kensington Suite is one of London's largest event spaces and as memorable as the area it's named after. With a dedicated goods lift, large enough to load a car in, rigging points, 1,062 square metres of space, the ability to split into two sections and its own kitchen. The purpose built West Wing Lobby can be used an as exclusive entrance.

Richmond Suite can be split into six, meaning that you can facilitate discussions, host talks or bring brains together in separate areas while still being together under the same expansive conference room roof. Think big! The intentionally designed West Wing Lobby can be used as both the exclusive entrance for your event and the stunning opening space.

Admiral Suite can be used in its entirety or split into two separate large rooms. The Suite is perfect for hosting your conference on one side with your drinks, nibbles, lunch and registration on the other side.

GMT Suite offers the flexibility to split into three smaller breakout rooms and has its own private foyer, perfect for opening drinks and canapés.

West Wing Meeting Room is a stunning multi-functional space designed with you in mind, so that we can adapt it to just the way you like it. The space can be split into a separate lobby and breakout space, with branding opportunities and its very own exclusive entrance.
