Welcome to the South of England Event Centre. Set in the beautiful Sussex countryside, and located just 36 miles from London, 20 miles from Brighton and 11 miles from Gatwick Airport, we’re perfectly situated in the centre of the South East region.

Whether you need a concert showground, business meeting room, exhibition space or private party venue, our vibrant 150-acre showground is amazingly versatile and can be adapted for any bespoke event, large or small.

Home to the famous South of England Show, we’re adept at organising events that see well over 100,000 visitors pass through our gates every year and can accommodate parking for up to 6,000 vehicles.

Abergavenny Building. This building is one of the largest indoor event venues in the South of England, with 3,300m² of sanded floor space. Flooded with natural light from the skylights above and with great natural acoustics, this arena really is immense in scale. The building is a purpose-built space for events that require vehicle access, with plenty of parking nearby and all-weather protection for year-round use. Perfect for large exhibitions, product launches, trade shows, celebrations and all-weather music festivals.

The Queen’s Jubilee Hall. This grand, flexible indoor space (1,130m²) can be configured to suit your unique requirements. The hall offers a premium location for large scale events, and a blank canvas on which to create a theme. Complete with all the on-site facilities you’ll need to accommodate visitors in large numbers, this location is the leading choice for many event organisers and agencies.

Norfolk Pavilion. Contemporary, elegant and fully customisable, The Norfolk Pavilion is a light, classically-styled and welcoming function suite overlooking our beautiful showground. This versatile venue of 1,100m² comprises five spacious rooms set over two floors. Rooms can be hired on their own or in conjunction with adjacent areas to suit your needs. Perfect for conferences, exhibitions, award ceremonies, trade shows, weddings and any large event.

Lindfield Suite. The suite made up of two spaces is bright, contemporary and completely self-contained. The upper floor offers floor to ceiling windows with views over our stunning showground. The Linfield is perfect for business meetings, training days or seminars
