Welcome to New Place Hotel, a stunning hotel and conference venue in 32 acres of landscaped gardens in Hampshire. Located close to the M3 and M27, and just 12 miles from Southampton Airport. Ornate wrought iron gates welcome you to our charming country estate, which encapsulates history and grandeur with superb modern facilities for corporate and private events.
Our 33 meeting & event spaces are located in the Manor House or the Modern Management Centre. You will also find 2 large private self-contained spaces located in the grounds including a Tree House for a unique setting! You will have plenty to do during downtime at New Place Hotel with a gym, pool, croquet lawn and cricket pitch on the property.
The Arden Suite. Stand-alone exclusive use venue with a private entrance, lounge bar, catering facilities and terrace. Tastefully neutral in designer allowing you the opportunity to place your own stamp on it. The Venue is ideal for weddings, celebrations, conferences and other corporate events.

The Warwick. This room is located in the Management Centre on the ground floor. It boasts natural daylight, Air conditioning, a fixed screen and a projector. 2 flipcharts, stationary, a jar of sweets on each table, large whiteboard, lectern, water cooler and telephone.

Bristol Room. Set within the Manor House, this magnificent traditional room offers wood panelled walls and opulent fireplace dating back to 1623. An ideal setting for weddings and private dining.

Dining room. Set within the Manor House but with a more contemporary look, this room is an elegant, light and airy space for weddings and private dining.

The Court Suite. Set within our grounds this contemporary space with beautiful chandelier and full ceiling height windows overlooks the scenic terrace beyond and comes with a large wide screen TV and mezzanine coffee lounge.

Further meeting rooms including our Tree House are available for smaller events.
