Information collection
We request information from users via our enquiry forms and from phone and email enquiries. A user must provide contact information (name, e-mail, contact number and address) for us to respond to the enquiry. This information is used for the purposes of the enquiry and only passed over to a third party (venue or supplier) at the user’s request. We accept no responsibility for the protection of information the user has authorised us to pass over to a third party.
Security
All of users’ information, including any sensitive information, is for office use only in relation with the purpose of marketing or managing event related business or services. All relevant data is held in a secure, password protected server that is only accessible by authorised personnel.
Newsletter and updates
We periodically send out e-mails with new services and special offers. Typically no more than 1 email sent per month. Users are given the option to opt-out of these e-mails.
Cookies /Google Analytics
We use Cookies and Google Analytics to generate statistics on how our website is used without which our website would not operate correctly.
