Opening spring 2023, Raffles London at The OWO will be the brand’s first London Hotel.

Formerly Britain’s historic Old War Office, the iconic Whitehall building was once inhabited by Britain's most famous statesmen and spies, from Winston Churchill to Ian Fleming, creator of James Bond. In fact, many of the Bond movies had scenes filmed in the building.

Today, this Grade II* listed Old War Office has been cherished and restored by literally thousands of expert craftsmen. The lofty scale and soaring ceiling heights lend it a grandeur rarely seen in hotels.

Raffels London at The OWO offers nine restaurants and three bars overseen by world-class chefs, including three unique dining experiences by chef Mauro Colagreco.

For body and mind, a luxurious Guerlain Spa with nine treatment rooms offer traditional beauty therapies, whilst cutting edge wellness brand, PILLAR oversees active wellness training and health programmes. All this complemented by a 20-metre indoor swimming pool, vitality pool, saunas and steam rooms, state of the art gym and movement studio.

The Whitehall Ballroom - Named after its historic Whitehall address, this spectacular 678 square metre ballroom is double height with seven metre high ceilings allowing for dramatic staging and set design for the most creative of product launches, Christmas parties, and conferences.

The Lawrence - The Lawrence, named after Lt. T.E. Lawrence (Lawrence of Arabia) is accessed from the majestic main staircase. A grand and awe-inspiring sense of arrival and perfect reception add on to an event in The Ballroom.

Morse 1-3 and Code 1-3 - These versatile rooms can be configured into many different formats and are divisible into six separate rooms. Each room has a built- in wall mounted 55” LED flat screen while discreet drop-down projection facilities are available in some rooms.
