Hidden in a copse of trees in Hyde Park, The LookOut is a tranquil haven for all occasions. The venue offers a versatile event space set within an acre of beautiful gardens and is available for exclusive hire

Designed to fit perfectly with nature, The LookOut’s sustainable features and landscaped grounds provide guests with a unique event experience. The venue offers an inspirational setting for summer parties, weddings, press launches and corporate events. Wooden terraces, natural sculptures, ecological ponds and nature all work in perfect harmony to create a magical event experience.

The venue consists of three spaces in addition to the acre of landscaped gardens it sits in. You can hire them individually or all spaces exclusively for larger events

The 2 Discovery Rooms in the main building are divided by a wall that can be  folded back turning it into one large space. The natural decor provides a perfect setting for an informal event. Alternatively the blank canvas is suitable for dressing as you wish depending on your theme. With under floor heating and lots of ventilation, it's perfect all year round. Surrounded by decking and landscaped gardens, all areas of the venue are interlinked.

The Gatehouse, an Edwardian building situated in the grounds of The LookOut, provides an additional space for break out meetings, children's entertaining at weddings and private dining.

We have partnered with a range of catering suppliers who can work with you to create bespoke menus and drinks packages suited to your budget and theme. Fire pits and stretch tents are allowed.

All proceeds from hiring The LookOut go towards our charitable objectives in the areas of heritage, education, wellbeing and nature.
