Here East is London's newest venue with 33,000 sq ft of meeting and events space in the heart of East London's Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park. Formerly the Press and Broadcast Centre used during the Olympics to broadcast the games to the world, this unique and exciting new venue combines unparalleled infrastructure with a unique environment.

The venue offers flexible spaces to meet your needs and has already hosted a large range of conferences, exhibitions, product launches, cultural and arts events plus many more.

Boasting a capacity of 1,000 of blank canvas spaces including a 2,385m² reception, a 1,276m² theatre with high-end conferencing technology, and an outdoor terrace with magnificent views over Canary Wharf and the City with 24-hour access so you can build the perfect venue for your event.

In-house catering is provided by Smart Hospitality, who are on hand to provide the perfect menus to suit your brief. Hawthorn is our technical production partner, supplying a turnkey solution that includes venue lighting, extensive draping, a sound system for background music and power distribution. Hawthorn must also provide all rigging, trussing and suspension along with electrical distribution within the venue.

This is a hi-tech space which is purpose-built for creativity and bringing people together to share ideas and be inspired. Ideal for conferences, TED-style talks, employee engagement, team building events and days. The space is flexible and can host a myriad of different layouts thanks to our in-house production team. We can easily accommodate meetings, dinners, gala awards and consumer engagement events too.
