The ICA (Institute of Contemporary Arts) is a legendary venue with views over The Mall, Big Ben, the London Eye and St. James’s Park.
Situated between number 10 Downing Street, Piccadilly Circus and Buckingham Palace, locations don’t come more iconic.
Described as the 'cultural heartbeat of London' by Damien Hirst, the Institute of Contemporary Arts is an iconic and creative venue suitable for any event type. The ICA has two Regency rooms, a fully equipped theatre, studio, bar and two classic cinema spaces available to hire.
The Nash and Brandon Rooms are filled with original Regency period plasterwork and feature floor to ceiling windows that open out onto three balconies overlooking St James's Park and the Mall. Designed by John Nash, these versatile spaces are perfect for hosting private parties, conferences, product launches and fashion presentations.

The Theatre is a unique production space located right on The Mall. It can be configured in a variety of ways and has huge scope for creative production and design, suitable for any type of event from fashion shows and product launches, to private parties and dinner receptions. This space has a legacy of hosting creative and cutting edge events. With an experienced in house technical team on hand, it comes with sound and lighting systems and a variety of audio-visual equipment available on request.

The Bar has been recently refurbished with an industrial feel and Alvar Aalto furniture. The Bar includes sweeping skylights and a variety of spaces. The Bar area can be available for drinks receptions, breakfast events and can also be hired in conjunction with the Cinemas or other spaces within the ICA

The Studio is a raw, industrial, urban space that has been designed as an area of reflection, discussion and creativity. A former artist's workshop, the space has been opened and adapted by RIBA award-winning 6a Architects who have also worked on projects for the South London Gallery, Raven Row and Studio Voltaire. Due to the robust nature of the space, the Studio is an ideal location for creative workshops, presentations, meetings and receptions.
Capacities: Theatre 60 / Boardroom 26 / Reception 60
Cinemas 1 and 2 are used for film premieres, press views and private screenings. Both Screens can play DCP, 35mm, Digi Beta, Blu-Ray, DVD and computer files. The cinemas can also be hired in conjunction with the ICA Bar and The Nash and Brandon Rooms for event Receptions
