The Pavilion. Clad in white timber with surrounding patio, our New England style lodge is a modern venue perfect for corporate and private events. The Pavilion has its own private entrance, large foyer, dedicates bar and an outdoor terrace with comfortable seating and views across the hotels beautiful gardens. Upstairs, there are two further suites for use as syndicate rooms or as entertainment, games rooms and so on.

The Clockhouse. This ‘barn-styled’ thatched event venue with beautiful vaulted ceiling and natural décor makes the perfect backdrop for weddings, celebrations and corporate events. Complete with modern technology, stage setting or dance floor and private bar, the suite is fully air-conditioned with natural daylight and access to its own private courtyard. The adjacent 'Cottage Suite' can be opened up for larger groups and the bar is always yours exclusively. The Clockhouse allows live entertainment and all 8 bedrooms can be taken at a special price.

Utopia Spa. Crafted from a desire to transport the senses away from the everyday, our luxury Utopia Spa features 19 treatment rooms including 2 couple's treatment rooms, iconic Romanesque split-level pools, saunas, steam rooms, whirlpools and more.

Accommodation: Our 38 rooms and suites, all named after the abundant flora found in the Kent countryside. Ranging from our cosy rooms ideal for an overnight pit-stop or a business visit, to our indulgent master suites, with glorious over-sized bathtubs, chic Michael Northcroft furnishings and rich velvets and textured wall-coverings, each of our individually designed rooms have unique charm and style.

There are plenty of wonderful locations on our grounds for you to say your 'I Do's'. As well as our stunning sun-drenched lawn, located within the grounds of the Rowhill Estate sits our seasonal wedding gazebo. Located at the bottom of a beautifully stoned walkway with views across the gardens and grounds, our gazebo can be decorated as you wish and provides an exquisite backdrop for your vows.
