We have 23 fully flexible meeting rooms, masses of breakout space and a stunning main suite, the Affinity, offering 880m2 space, which lends itself as the perfect location for conferences, banquets and exhibitions.

Affinity Suite. Sitting right in the heart of the building the Affinity Suite is a large open space, which is an ideal blank canvas, making it perfect for large-scale events. Electronic sky-fold walls enable the room to be split into two soundproofed spaces, with built in AV, enabling you to bring your event to life, alongside our onsite AV partner.

The Belmont Suite can be divided into four spaces, with the smallest space, housing the suite’s feature bar.

When combined the space is 277m². The retractable walls allow the space to be entirely opened up into the wraparound foyer, making the space a popular choice for breakout space for the Affinity, but also smaller corporate events and social banqueting events.

Ashtead Suite. The Ashstead Suite, located on the first floor, directly above the Belmont Suite, is slightly smaller, but equally as flexible, dividing into three spaces. When combined the space s 189m².

Boardrooms. Our two boardrooms scream opulence, seating 10 delegates on our plush pink Eastside Rooms chairs! Equipped with plug and play technology for a seamless hosting experience and 90″ TV with airmedia connectivity for easy presenting. Enjoy natural day light with floor to ceiling windows and rest assured your meeting stays private with state-of-the-art soundproofing.

Meeting rooms. The remaining eleven function rooms at the venue are equally as versatile and can be configured to suit the needs of your event. Our meeting rooms are equipped with ultra-modern AV technology including Wireless presenting, plasma screens and super-fast Wi-Fi.
