The venue contains four sub-spaces, literally Space in abundance that enables multiple solutions for your next event needs giving flexibility on capacity, setup, production and most importantly creativeness around your vision and event aspirations.

SS1. The largest of our event spaces Room 1 offers you a huge open plan warehouse space, with a gable roof that washes the floor with an abundance of natural light. The room has many steelwork and industrial features, which is ideal if you prefer to host your events in exciting and unusual event spaces. It is ideal if you are planning a conference, exhibition, gala dinner, award ceremony, company fun day, Christmas party or indeed most corporate events.

SS2. The second largest space in the venue and is adjacent to the main room. This room has a fully licensed bar, black walls and a gable roof with lots of steelwork, which can be used for light installations. A blank canvas offers you an urban and industrial option for your event.
